Resep Donat Kentang

Bahan - Bahan :
1. 500 gr tepung terigu
2. 200 gr mentega
3. 2 btr telur
4. 1/2 sdt garam
5. 9 sdm gula pasir
6. 500 gr kentang
7. 1 sdm ragi instant

Cara membuat :
1. Rebus kentang, kupas dan haluskan
2. Campur tepung, gula, garam, mentega, dan ragi instant
3. Masukkan mentega dan telur
4. Uleni adonan sampai kalis. Diamkan selama 15 menit
5. Bagi adonan menjadi 20 bagian. Dibentuk bulat dan lubangi bagian tengah
6. Diamkan selama 1 jam sampai adonan mengembang.
7. Goreng sampai berwarna kuning kecoklatan.

Aji Saka and Dewata Cengkar
            Many, many years ago, the kinngdom of Medangkamulan was ruled by a King named Dewata Cengkar. This king had a strange and frightening habit. He liked to eat human beings
            One day, a young traveller arrived in the kingdom. He was called Aji Saka. Aji Saka took a shelter in the house of a widow who quickly came to look upon the young man as her own son. When he heard of the king’s strange appetite, Aji Saka sympathized with the villagers’ plight and immadiately volunteered to become the king’s next meal.
            Aji Saka went directly to the king’s palace. “I am willing to be your next meal, Your Highness. However, I have a request,” said Aji Saka to the king. “Whatever you please, young man, I will grant your request,” the king replied. “Before you eat me, grant me some land. Just enough length of my own headcloth.” continued Aji Saka. “ Come, young man. Let’s measure your headcloth so that I can have my meal and you can have your land” agreed the king.
            Aji Saka began to unwrap the cloth tied around his head. The king got down from his throne and hold one end of the headcloth. He stepped backward. What he didn’t know was that this headcloth was much longer. The king kept going backward, step by step, as the cloth kept unravelling. He stepped backward through the palace square, backward across the village, holding the end of Aji Saka’s headcloth. The king kept stepping backward until reached the sea cliffs of the sea.
            A great crowd of people had gathered. They held their breath as their king took his final step backward over the cliff’s edge and plunged into the waves crashing againts the rocks at the foot of the sea wall.

Preparations:
1. To make oriental fried rice, you will need a plate of rice, meatballs, eggs, leeks, chicken fillet, frozen green peas soaked in hot water, garlic, pepper and salt, and a spoonful of oyster sauce.

LISTENING SCRIPT

I would like to tell you how to make ice cream. First, you need to prepare the ingredients. You’ll need a cup of milk, ½ cup of sugar, a cup of whip cream, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Then, you need some equipment. They are a small and a big can, ½ -1 cup of rock salt, 3-4 cups of ice cube, cloth or towel, and some tape.
First, we have to mix all of the ingredients. Then, pour the ingredients mixture into the small can. After that, close the lid and seal it with a tape. Then, put the small can into the large can. Next, put the ice into the large can (around the small can). After that, add the rock salt into the ice. And then, close and seal the large can. Then, wrap the large can with a cloth or towel and shake and roll the can for 15 minutes. That’s it.
